Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Email us at litoindiateam@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund timeline
Where a refund is due for a damaged or incorrect item, it is credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of us confirming the issue.
