Orders may be cancelled before shipment through the website. Once a product has shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the product. Return information is shown on each product page — return/exchange is available on selected products only.
Customers in areas not served by our pickup partners must arrange their own shipping to our company address. Charges may apply depending on the situation.
Return Conditions
Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for return:
- Products should be unused and unwashed for sanitary purposes
- Original packaging and tags must remain intact — items missing tags will be rejected
- Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Return requests must be submitted within the specified return window (varies by product)
